We're Ahead (a little)

It's the second day of a new month and I just ran numbers on the storage unit.  Since this is only our second month as the mean people who make the tenants pay on time the new owners, we were uncertain about how long it would take to get everyone on our system.  We officially had 10% MORE people pay on time this month (compared to June)!  It's not 100% of the payments on time - it will probably never be 100% of the payments on time - but it's improvement.  While I'm sure some people are disgruntled about the new system, one of the renters put some artwork on her payment envelope. 

In other positive news, we received our first property tax bill last night and it is a smidge less than we expected it to be.  Woohoo!!!

So much good news, I should go shoe shopping.  Isn't that what everyone does when they hear good news?!?!
